Nicole DeMaise

Nicole DeMaise graduated from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2003 with High Honors. Following law school, she served as the law clerk for the Honorable Francine I. Axelrad of the Superior Court of New Jersey – Appellate Division.

Ms. DeMaise’s current litigation practice encompasses the defense of litigation matters in both state and federal courts for insurance carriers as well as self-insured clients. Her cases span a wide variety of practice areas, including premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle liability, construction claims, and general negligence. Ms. DeMaise also has experience litigating complex commercial and intellectual property issues both domestic and abroad, as well as vast experience in corporate and data privacy matters on a global scale.

Ms. DeMaise is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. She also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the United States District Court - Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

In her free time Nicole is obsessed with Pickleball.
